You need a background check to sell flea market tube socks from the of a rusty '87 pick up on the side of the road? I'd have thought a begging license would have covered that.

For over 20 years I had to pass an FBI background check every 6 months. That is not counting background checks from NSA and the CIA. I am sure there are a few more letter there also. My checks were the real thing. I had access to information vital to national security. Your is to sale socks at a yard sale. LOL
