Very tasty homemade cheesecake!


2 8oz packages of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp of vanilla
2 eggs
1 6oz graham cracker pie crust

Fruit topping of your choice (optional)

Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs on medium high speed until well blended. Pour in to crust.

Bake at 325 for 40 minutes, or until center is almost set. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, then pour whatever topping you want on top (I like cherry topping).
