This is a refreshing vegan smoothie or juice. Great during the day or if you add vodka makes a great summer cocktail.

Cube and slice all fruit. Make sure it is cold before blending
Combine in ninja blender with coconut water or 2 cups purified water. Blend until smooth 2 minutes tops.
Makes about 36 ounces
If adding vodka which is vegan by the way!
Makes a great summer cocktail
