Sure you can. Pumpkin butter cannot be canned, so make it and freeze it for up to a year, or in the fridge for a couple of weeks.

I have some frozen pumpkin puree in the freezer and I am wondering can pumpkin butter be made with puree that is frozen and if so does anyone have recipe thaks.
